The Love of my Life…

The most sustaining energy and force of my life, top most reason of my whole being and integrity, is my 13 years and much smarter daughter… Jasmine Mehar Kaur!!!

I shall never forget the morning I held you in my arms for the first time and felt the map of my own body and soul breathing angelically in your tiny frame. Your fluffy baby hands felt like cotton candy that I kissed over and over again. Your Jasmine petal soft skin made me kiss you time and again… The scented smell in the nape of your neck was very very rewarding, my motherly happy and proud tears landed gently on your strawberry pink cheek and you blinked your eyes open for a moment during your sound sleep… mama was both overjoyed and overwhelmed. It was amazing to realize how my bear heart was beating outside my body in your little form. Your mother felt proud Jasmine, very very proud!

The nature of the universe that you and I belong to has bestowed upon me graceful dual duties of a mother and father, I hope and pray that I carry those out to the best of my abilities… I hope that my love for you help advance your enlightenment, just like your innocent smile and sparkle in the eyes give me the encouragement to keep playing the game of life. I thank you my child for enabling me to recognize my hidden sense to dismiss the desire to create an impression, rather simply express myself for myself! Your precious little artworks and write ups have awakened the entrepreneur inside me. Our Shabad Ambrosia is the witness of your inspiration and mama’s commitments… together we are a great team! The great honour and joy to have you as my child is the ultimate motivation that started from the day I conceived you and towards the end of my life all I see in between is a continuum that has illuminated my path!

Venture out and define yourself… listen closely and be friends with your instincts but let your mind pave your way to be both worldly wise and soulfully rich. “May the truth always be the voice of your opinion, may the innocent sparkle of your beautiful eyes be the source of all curiosities and expeditions, may the giggle and laughter and the warmth of your loving heart brings therapeutic smiles, solace and radiance to the one and all around you!
