Meaning of Shabads

When my heart misses a beat or the waterlines of these eyes can’t contain the flood any longer…at due moment random words take refuge in proliferation of creativity. My Songs & Pangs are braided together like a twine, wherein one keeps the other intact. Mostly nerved with overpowering emotions, my songs are as transparent as the gridlines of my life. Turbulence is the hidden beauty behind superficial arrangement and order of words.

For me Happiness is not a mission. It is a staple that one creates by focusing on goodness around. An optimized sense of worthiness in trivial, a sudden smile amongst stream of tears, a calm in upheaval… Happiness is NOT a long term plan, it’s to be cherished now! It is to be lived and believed in “now” along side gentle and harsh encounters with Sorrow. The documentation of personal acquaintance with grief is a periphery of a sense of cardinal fulfilment of my being. The nerve to sit down on the threshold of sorrow and express in simple words is not only a continuous act of cleansing and a baptism of my soul, rather salves my earthly contemplations. Life suspends itself naturally and gently in between two poles of opposite but equal value… which we call Happiness & Sorrow!

Agape is an enchanting force that enables me to have courage and open the floodgates of my mind in order to allow an era of memories flow on a piece of paper. My Passion to lace together rather personal chronology of empiricism is a purifying fire. The incomparable essence of my deliberate yet freewill efforts at writing are blissfully conjured through the very arterial realms of love & passion…together they set me free!

The Beauty & Grace behind the buoyancy of written expression is a theorem, plenary enough to articulate and launch a wave of personal tranquility…through the staggering and sometimes mindful frequencies of grief, pain, rage, laughter and outbursts of passion. There is no justice in allowing oneself to suffer. Hence, I am determined to upsurge the not so customary pedestal of my grace by cultivating the use of unlimited zones of my beautiful imagination.

Yes, Alive & Upfront by the grace of my will to express. I am not doing myself a favour by being the way I am, it’s rather my fundamental duty to stay informed, work hard and practice an unyieldingly severe amount of courage. My undying desire to represent myself fully by detouring shackled passages of pain, socio-economic taboos and cultural or traditional obligations. The rhythm of my life and my passion for expression is a flame together that generates a synergy… the one that keeps me focused, illuminated and empowered. Just like everything else there is a price to be paid for this synergy, however in exchange I enjoy the benefit of eons of possibilities, peace and a life on my own terms! How much more one needs after all!

The inextricable source that keeps me connected with Dad & Mom may appear to be love, it is rather the gaping void that their untimely deaths have left behind. I keep filling it with loving little details from my memory chest. The more I keep my parents alive in my write-ups the closer both of them seem to be. I am thankful to the journeys of their lives no matter how short lived they have been, for effortlessly imbuing in me elements of value and intelligence, wonder and dignity, aspiration and effort. I affirm to nurture and nourish the blueprint of my existence by abiding to the secretly whispered hints both of them send my way to be forgiving, loving and be propelled by a thorough sense of gratitude.
Dad & Mom are not just parents; they are my Institutions…and shall always be!

Silence & Peace are two gems from a crown of solitude. My solitude is not a confinement; it is rather an innate urge in me to connect with myself. It is my voluntary submission to the course of life as it happens…and may be reflect on events big and small and be thankful for the silence & peace they eventually leave behind for me. I hereby allow myself to hold on to my powers and cherish the inviolable asylum of acceptance yet move on free!
